Please consider addressing the uncomfortable tiny chairs!!! A strong bleach smell in the bathroom certainly detracted from the overall experience!!! Better soundproofing against the noisy street would enhance guest comfort significantly!!!

The highlight was the quick stroll to Takapuna beach. The seasonal dishes at local gems like Kyo-Ya Japanese Restaurant—super fresh sushi! Also, the staff were incredibly upbeat and the rooms were spotless, with a nice view of the sea and Rangitoto.

On the flip side, the shower could have used a curtain, and I noticed a lack of hooks for towels. I also found the pillows to be a bit thin for my taste—just a minor hiccup in an otherwise lovely stay.

The kitchenette in my room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and having a balcony to relax on was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant place but with room for improvement on soundproofing and bathroom amenities.

The room was bigger than I thought, super comfy bed, and having a balcony to chill on was a plus! The kitchenette was stocked well, and I loved how close the beach was—only a quick walk away. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster. it struggled during peak hours.
